Choosing a school, a new car... What do they have in common?First: you defined your goal, something you want to achieve and something that is not your daily routine. You set the deadline, when you want it to be finished, you know how much money you want to spent on it and who all is involved.
Sometimes you ask someone special: a good friend about the school, a salesman about the car. They are your project team. And you clearly set the limits: where do you work, where is the school, what is your family budget, how much you can spend on a car.
Then you sign the contract. You considered everything that might be important. You got yourself and maybe others ready for the big day: the first day at school, the new car in front of your house...
You are right. That is a project.
